So 2020 is coming to an end and thus ends Season 1 of The Taste of Vinyl Podcast. But we have so much more in store for you coming in 2021. We have already recorded several casts and will be releasing new ones starting January 7th 2021 (so keep an eye out for those)! So in a nutshell we put out 9 TOV Episodes and 1 Spin off podcast called off the Record. Geeking out and talking about vinyl with fellow audiophiles, vinyl enthusiasts, vinyl collectors and non-vinyl collectors (but extremely passionate music lovers) was incredible for us. We got to talk to a record store owner, several musicians, the owner of a vinyl pressing plant, the owner of a vinyl lathing company, the co owner of a German audio company, and a friend who hosts is own radio show and podcast. We got to learn so much about all of these guys, their collections, and their shared love for vinyl and music in general. And this is exactly why the podcast was started in the first place. To bring a community of vinyl lovers/collectors from all parts of the music industry to share their love and stories. We heard stories that involved hauntings, Warped Tour Fouls, Exciting shows, Giant European Tours, Fights, and Drunken Nights, and so much more. We talked about all genres of music, soundtracks, our most prized albums, our albums that are worth a pretty penny, and our holy grails (albums that we wish we had or wish would come out on vinyl, but are either too expensive or have never been pressed).
