I'm not gonna waste any time here. You want my picks?!? Well here they are!!
Alice in Chains - SAP. This is an RSD Exclusive and first as it is the first time be released on vinyl as a stand alone EP. This is an interesting one to get since it really strays away from the heavy sound that Alice In Chain fans are used to. It's mainly acoustic tracks, but it also marks the first time that lead guitarist Jerry Cantrell sings lead vocals. Side B features an etching of the Alice In Chains Logo Ltd to 8000
The Chariot - Long Live. This was originally released in 2010 and then on vinyl in 2011, but only with 10 tracks. This album is an RSD first and includes 2 previously unreleased tracks, and comes with a 12 page book with photos from the band. This will be released on a Clear/Silver Split with Black Splatter Vinyl. Ltd to 2000
Delugg, Milton, & The Little Eskimos/The Fleshtones - Santa Claus Conquers the Martians/Hooray for Santa Claus. This was an interesting one to me. This is a 7" vinyl of one song called Hooray for Santa Claus with the original track by Delugg, Milton, and The Little Eskimos along with a cover of the same song done by the Fleshtones. It is then paired with what some consider one of the greatest worst campy holiday films called Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. A movie kind of hard to watch alone, but fun to watch via MST3K. A fun one to pick up for sure and one of a kind. This is an RSD exclusive and is Ltd to 1500.
My Chemical Romance - Life On The Murder Scene. This was originally just released as a CD/DVD combo. So this marks the first time the audio from this has been released on vinyl. This album is comprised of live tracks taken from the $2 bill show, MTV2, and the AOL live sessions. Definitely one to keep an eye out for. Pretty much anything that has their name on it is quality. (LP, RSD Exclusive, Ltd to 7500)
Norma Jean - Meridional This is a repressing of the original back in 2010. But if you did not get your hands on the original this is your chance to finally get it. This is the 5th album by the band and is considered their best album, and was acclaimed as one of the best metal albums of the year in 2010. This is a must get for metal fans. (2xLP, RSD Exclusive, Ltd to 3400 and pressed on Turquoise Marble)
